Meeting Schedule:
Regular board meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm and are held at the REMAX office located in the Sagewood Business Center at Remington Avenue and San Juan Way in Littleton. The Annual Meeting of Members is generally scheduled in March of each year.
Trash Pick Up Day:
Standard curb-side service with pickup on Mondays. Owners should call for larger item service and costs -- Waste Management -- 303-797-1600.
Visitor Parking:
All streets are private and considered Fire Lanes per West Metro Fire Protection District. Parking is encouraged in garages and driveways and off-street parking locations. Visitors should utilize resident driveways for parking when visiting. Monitoring service conducts periodic drive throughs and will issue tickets to those vehicles left on the street overnight. Continued infractions will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense without notice.
Assessment Due Date:
Yearly assessment is collected quarterly. The Association Assessment fee is due on the first day of January, April, July and October.
Assessment Late Date:
The Association Assessment is late on the 30th day of January, April, July and October. Late fees are on an escalating scale starting at $15 and increase to $50 per month.
Entrance Gate:
The association is a gate access community with the main gate located off Remington Avenue. Additional access gates are located off Continental Divide Road and Sangre de Cristo. Extra gate transmitters can be purchased for $35 each by visiting the management office at 9102 W. Ken Caryl Avenue, Suite 100, Littleton.
DRC Requirements:
For exterior changes, i.e. painting, landscaping, satellite dish, decks, etc., to your residence, owners must submit a Design Review Application to KC & Associates and approved by the Board of Directors prior to the improvement commencing. Approval can take up to 30-days from submittal.
