Meadow Ranch Master Association is a planned unit development consisting of 333 residential lots and 17 commercial lots started in 1999 and located in southwest unincorporated Jefferson County. Boarded on the south and west by the Deer Creek Golf Club with Chatfield Avenue to the north and Kipling Parkway to the east. The main entrance to the community is located off Remington Avenue in Littleton, Colorado. Meadow Ranch is a unique natural beauty, featuring distinctive terrain. The development plan is based on understanding the environment and its interactions with the natural system in which it is placed. The intent was to create a community in which important natural features and visual quality of the area will be preserved and maintained. Single-family homes, patio and town homes were built to interact in balance with and support the existing natural community. The governing documents of the Association are intended to secure these objections for the benefit, education, and enjoyment of the human community and for maintenance of the indigenous ecosystems into which it is incorporated. |
